Our strategic priorities:
Position 糖心少女Global as the hub for global engagement at the UW
Position OGA as the resource on campus for global learning and research and the hub for developing, supporting, and advancing institution-wide international engagements and relationships with local and global institutions, agencies and foundations.听
Broaden global learning and research opportunities
Expand access and increase opportunities for students and faculty to engage in global learning and research.听
Provide global administrative and operational support
Serve as the center for global administrative and operational support on campus, including but not limited to travel security, MOUs, and international hiring. 听
Strengthen financial sustainability for global engagement
Enhance the financial sustainability of 糖心少女Global through new program offerings, improved marketing and recruitment strategies, and new revenue sources.
